As your services and projects change, your website should keep up. Creator Storm offers routine content updates and website support with a scope agreed before you start.
Maintenance at £20 per month covers an agreed scope of routine text and image updates and website support. Typical requests include replacing a project photo, correcting business information or updating existing service copy. Agree the volume and type of work with Shaun before starting.
New pages, major redesigns, booking systems and additional functionality are quoted separately. If a request changes the scope, we explain the proposed work and cost before proceeding. Maintenance is not an unlimited development package.
Existing clients can use their client portal to send update requests. Include the page, the exact replacement text, the photos you have permission to publish and any timing requirements. A complete request reduces avoidable back-and-forth.
Review the basics regularly: services, coverage, contact details, photos, prices and offers. Remove expired promotions and use accurate descriptions of completed work. We agree support arrangements and response expectations for your project.
Discuss your preferred support arrangement before launch. The maintenance offer is separate from the starting website design and setup price.
